Monitoring & Evaluation
Methodological rigor where it matters most

We have designed and executed studies using experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies: randomized phased experiments, difference-in-differences, and propensity score matching. Applied to agricultural value chains, extractive sectors, and economic development programs. We have also developed monitoring systems with automated dashboards and conducted performance evaluations on employability and education — including remote work in Central America and Africa.

From diagnosis to positioning

Our thematic experience covers needs and market diagnostics, audience and stakeholder segmentation, supply and demand analysis, brand positioning, and sales forecasting. We have worked in sectors as diverse as automotive, mass consumption, microfinance, poultry, coffee, technical and vocational education, and digital platforms.
