Oikos Data Lab is an applied research firm. We run market studies, social research, and monitoring & evaluation for companies, NGOs, and institutions. We don't buy or build our own contact databases.
If you received a message from us, it's because an organization you already have a relationship with, such as a company, a social program, or an institution, shared your contact with us for a study, survey, or follow-up process you're part of.
Always tied to that research or follow-up, never to sell you anything. We use your information only for the study that generated it, protect it with appropriate security measures, and never share it with anyone outside the client who provided it.

We don't reach out on our own initiative. We do it because you already gave your contact information to the organization you have a relationship with, such as a social program, a study, an agreement, or a satisfaction survey, and that organization authorized us to contact you as part of the work we do for them.
Our contact has one purpose only: research or follow-up. We never sell anything, and never use your information for commercial purposes or anything beyond the study or program that originated the contact.
Declining contact doesn't affect your relationship with the original organization, it just means we stop writing to you.
If you got an SMS or WhatsApp from us, reply STOP, that's it. We remove your number from our contact list right away.
If you'd rather, email us at info@oikosdatalab.com from the address or number we used to reach you, and we'll confirm your opt-out the same day.
